FOX3 employ hand-picked, proven flight instructors. Our instructors average over 22 years of active duty service which means that our customers receive only the best instruction that can only be evident by years of teaching students and mentoring other instructor pilots. Most of our Instructors are combat proven, senior military officers, and have held Command positions.
By having a cadre of instructors with these qualities, FOX3 provides exceptional instruction that is amplified by a deep focus on student success. Moreover, FOX3 place significant value on the ability of our instructors to adapt to each student’s learning.
FOX3 employ a military based, non-punitive flight safety system which encourages all FOX3 personnel and customers to report any incidents which may be of value to the overall safety of the organization. Various levels of separation make each instructor, maintainer, management, and student accountable for reporting any aviation incident. The Safety Management System (SMS) ensures checks and balances to ensure that risks to the operation are addressed accordingly from dispatch, to maintenance and flight operations.
