AIRCRAFT & TECHNOLOGY:
FOX3 keep up to date on training trends and technology which is demonstrated through our: (1) Cost effective aircraft with advanced, upgraded avionics; (2) Ground based training aids including Virtual Reality, Interactive Computer Based Pilot Training. We leverage new technologies that are commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), yielding excellent cost savings.
CUSTOMER NEEDS:
Customer requirements are unique and often change throughout training. FOX3 are not burdened by lengthy contract negotiations and rigid syllabi. We encourage customer input and work hard to ensure that each request exceeds their demands.
LEARNING ENVIRONMENT:
Our Instructors are passionate about student pilot success and act as “mentors” and not “evaluators.” This simple approach matched with a cadre of instructors that are humble, approachable & credible creates an ideal learning environment.
LESSONS LEARNED:
Our management and staff have had significant experience at the Command, Supervisory and Instructor levels of Euro-NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training Program (ENJJPT) and NATO Flight Training in Canada (NFTC). Patriots Global Training has addressed typical detractors from these programs by implementing the following strategies: (1) Less cost; (2) Short term commitment; (3) Flexible syllabus; (4) No requirement to contribute instructors to the program; (5) No investment in teaching new instructors every 3 years; (6) Flexibility in contract terms (number of students, start dates, curriculum, payment terms, etc); (7) Reduced administrative burdens; (8) Infrastructure in place to quickly accept more training slots.
